Irish Project on Myself

As
part of our Irish class with Ms Fair, We were asked to do a project on Me Fein
or ‘Myself’. Ms Fair kindly supplied us with the posters and we immediately got
going creating a board representing what we like to do. My objective was to
tell as much about myself as possible ‘as gaeilge’. The whole class had a lot
of fun creating the perfect poster and I must say that there was a lot of glitter
sprinkled in people’s hair (especially the boys!) throughout the process of
making the posters.
I found this project very worthwhile as I learnt new vocab which I will
be able to use in my Leaving Cert Oral exam and in future situations where I
need to speak Irish. We had a presentation and everyone said a bit about
themselves alongside their sparkling posters. I was extremely impressed with
the effort my class mates put in and I found it very interesting to listen to
them speak about their hobbies and themselves. I was very appreciative to receive
an A grade on this project and I enjoyed creating my project immensely.
